The Bidadari Villas & Spa is RevPOR.com's primary active performance improvement initiative. This is current, ongoing work — not a completed engagement. We are in the process of implementing, testing, and refining frameworks across revenue, distribution, and operational systems. Results are developing. Lessons are accumulating. This project represents the clearest real-world application of RevPOR.com's current thinking and methodology, and it will continue to inform the playbooks we build.

Historical Technology Initiatives
The following properties participated in directbookings.ai — an earlier direct booking technology and automation initiative through which RevPOR.com's principals developed, tested, and refined automated solutions for shifting hospitality demand toward owned channels. These were technology deployments, not asset management or consulting engagements.
